Current introductory offer
New accounts receive five actual conversation minutes once, shared between 2D and Live. Unused time survives an interruption and is consumed before purchased credit. Previously granted longer introductory allowances remain valid. An account without a previous package purchase receives ten extra credit minutes with its first successful package purchase: ten minutes with 2D or five minutes with Live. Refund credit adjustments proportionally include the associated bonus. Later purchases do not grant another first-purchase bonus.
1. Provider and service

Sahbi teaches Moroccan Darija through guided lessons and AI conversations with Yassine in a 2D or LiveAvatar presentation. AI responses may contain errors. Sahbi does not promise a particular result or official certificate.
2. Account and age
Personal learning functions require an account. Keep access details confidential. Adults may create and pay for accounts. Learners under 16 may use Sahbi only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian; the adult remains responsible for the account and purchases.
3. Packages and contract
Sahbi offers one-time packages: 30 credit minutes for €4.99, 75 for €9.99 and 180 for €22.99. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Stripe Checkout shows the selected package and total price before payment. The contract is concluded when payment is successfully confirmed.
4. Credit use
Both avatar versions use the same balance. Connected time is rounded up to whole seconds. Yassine 2D uses one credit second per connected second; Yassine Live uses two. Purchased credit has no fixed expiry date.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights remain unaffected. The continuously accessible withdrawal function is available at /widerruf. Contact support about an incorrect payment or credit booking. Refunds follow applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Sahbi for unlawful content, attacks, abusive automation or unauthorised disclosure of another person's data. Do not treat AI output as medical, legal or other professional advice.
7. Availability and support
Maintenance, provider outages and internet disruptions can interrupt the service. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Contact support@sahbidarija.com or use the in-account support function.
8. Ending use and legal rights
You may stop using Sahbi and request account deletion. Data that must be retained by law may be kept for the required period. Statutory consumer, liability and data protection rights are not limited. German law applies where permitted; mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
