Privacy notice
This notice explains how Sahbi processes personal data.
1. Controller
Fouad Azzamrani, Röttgen 121, 42109 Wuppertal, Germany, operates Sahbi. Contact support@sahbidarija.com about your data.
2. Website and account
We process technically necessary connection data and, for accounts, email, sign-in provider, provider identifier, display name, status and timestamps. Sahbi does not store plaintext passwords. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare host the application, while Supabase provides email authentication. ChatGPT sign-in is also available.
3. Learning data
Your profile, level, goals, language settings, learning progress, homework and structured session summaries may be stored. New sessions are not stored by Sahbi as full conversation transcripts.
4. Voice, AI, avatar and camera
Voice sessions send your speech to OpenAI to provide recognition, AI responses and speech. Yassine Live additionally uses LiveAvatar. The optional camera feature sends a selected image to OpenAI for analysis; Sahbi does not store it in its application database. Yassine is an artificial conversation partner.
5. Payments and support
Sahbi stores credit movements, package details, payment references and measured connected time. Stripe processes payments; Sahbi does not receive full card details. Support and deletion requests include their content, account link, status and timestamps.
6. Legal bases and retention
We process requested account and learning services under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, security measures under Article 6(1)(f), and required billing records under Article 6(1)(c). Data is kept only as long as needed for the account, the request, legal retention duties or open claims.
7. Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may complain to a data protection authority. Sahbi provides a data export and a deletion-request function in the account.
8. Device storage
Sahbi uses technically necessary sign-in cookies and local browser storage for preferences and account-separated learning copies. No dedicated advertising tracker is currently integrated.
